PURPOSE:To remove automatically and efficiently a background by calculating a gradient value from sampling date, and calculating a background line on the basis of sampling data corresponding to gradient values which exceed a specific frequency and subtracting the calculated background line. CONSTITUTION:Measured spectrum data is inputted to a storage part 2 firstly. A gradient calculation part 3 samples the stored spectrum data at specific intervals to calculate the gradient value of each sampling data. A counter part 4 integrates the frequency of each gradient value to generate a histogram. A data selection part 5 selects and reads sampling data corresponding to gradient values exceeding the specific frequency from the histogram. A background line calculation part 6 calculates the background line on the basis of the selected sampling data. Then, a subtraction part 7 subtracts the calculated background line from the spectrum data. |
