PURPOSE:To manufacture the more high-intensity permanent magnet by a method wherein the raw materials of the permanent magnet are heated to be molten, and cooled irradiating the lines of magnetic force putting in molten condition as they are in the high-intensity lines of magnetic force. CONSTITUTION:The raw materials 1 of a permanent magnet is heated at a high temperature to be molten, put in the high-intensity lines of magnetic force, and cooled irradiating the lines of magnetic force. At the point in time when the materials are solidified from molten condition, because motion of the magnetizable free electrons 5 of the molecule 9 thereof is fixed to a settled direction forcibly, fixation of the motive direction of the free electrons 5 can be attained extremely effectively, and a high-intensity permanent magnet can be manufactured. |
