PURPOSE:To use polarizing films widely for concealment of a light source of an illumination apparatus, adjustment of illuminance, screening of an object, etc. by forming a transparent material when a polarizing film is used independently and forming an opaque material with the overlapping part when polarizing films are used together. CONSTITUTION:Since polarizing films 1 and 2 have angles of polarization different from each other by 90 deg., polarizing films 1 and 2 look transparent when they are seen from the direction of an arrow A, but the polarizing film 1 looks transparent and the polarizing film 2 looks opaque when they are seen from the direction of an arrow B. If a supporting material is necessary for these polarizing films, they are stuck to another transparent material and are used as a screen, and they are used widely for prevention of crimes, an illumination system, and an interior screen. |
