PURPOSE:To take a higher-level analysis accurately and speedily by inserting a portable memory board with a timer wherein input data is stored together with added time into a memory board reader, and reading the stored information and performing data processing. CONSTITUTION:A memory board holder MBH inputs measurement data from observation equipment such as a hyetometer RFM and a thermometer TPM after primary processing. Namely, it has such functions as to convert the data into a digital value, averaging them when necessary, and store a peak value within a unit time temporarily. The memory board MB is portable and stores the input data together with added time data. The memory board MB is inserted into the memory board reader MBR to make electric connections, and the stored contents of the memory board MB are outputted to a personal computer PC while outputted to the memory board reader MBR.
