PURPOSE:To prevent a leak of offset preventive liquid by forming a notch at both ends of a main body constituting a blade, pressing in a large insertion member, and projecting both end parts of the blade body. CONSTITUTION:Rubber material 12 constituting the blade is provided to sandwhich a spring material 13. Specially, the rubber material is vulcanized and then cut straightly from the center part with a cutter 14. Thus, the front edge of the blade is formed linearly with precision. Then, both end parts of the rubber material 12 of each blade 11 are cut circularly. Then, a wedge 16 larger than the diameter of the cut parts 15 is pressed in and adhered. Projections 17 are formed at both end parts of the prolongation of the ridge line of the blade itself while maintaining the ridge line. This is arranged facing a roller to prevent the offset preventive liquid from leaking from the end parts. |
