PURPOSE:To simplify the structure of a deflection amount detecting electrode part and to make it possible to perform stable positional determination, by providing a mechanism for adjusting the position of a deflection amount detecting electrode in an up-and-down direction by revolving a liquid drain cover having said deflection amount detecting electrode provided therein. CONSTITUTION:A deflection height detecting electrode 1 is attached in a cover 11 and cover brackets 12 are attached to both sides of said cover 10 while a rotary shaft 14 is attached to each bracket 12 and the whole is rotated around said rotary shaft 14. On the other hand, the cover 10 is always energized upwardly by a spring 15 and the height thereof is adjusted by downwardly pushing said cover 10 by a height adjusting screw 16. In this case, the detcting electrode 10 draws a circular arc with a radius (a) around the rotary shaft 14 but, because the adjusting width of the electrode 10 in the height direction thereof is about + or -1mm., there is no problem if the valve (a) is taken at large valve. |
