PURPOSE:To make a demand measurement such as of AC current or electric power easy by obtaining an output DC voltage proportional to an input DC voltage at a time limit characteristic to be optionally selected. An output ¦Ei-Eom-1¦ is obtained from an absolute value circuit 2 and a pulse having frequency fm-1=K¦Ei-Eom-1¦ is obtained from a VF comparator 3. The output of a counter 5 is converted into an analog voltage by a D/A converter 6 and the m-th output Eom is obtained.
