摘要 PURPOSE:To enhance the strength of photo energy absorption and thus improve the photoelectric conversion efficiency by a method wherein the surface of at least one of both metallic electrodes, on the side contacting an organic color thin film, is made as a fine uneven surface. CONSTITUTION:Said thin film 14 is formed on a translucent metallic electrode 12. The surface of at least one of both the metallic electrodes 12 and 15 of the titled element with said electrode 15 formed on this thin film 14, on the side contacting said thin film, is formed as an uneven surface. For example, the translucent metallic electrode 12 of the first layer is formed on a glass substrate 11 by vapor deposition. Next, the glass substrate 11 is arranged obliquely to the evaporation source, thus performing the vapor deposition of the metal vapor, resulting the formation of the uneven metallic electrode 13 of the second layer. After vapor-depositing said film 14, the metallic electrode 15 whose interface between said film 14 becomes uneven due to the influence by the surface unevenness of the metallic electrode 13 is formed by evaporating said electrode 15.
