PURPOSE: A system and a method for a law card insurance service are provided for a user to get easily the cyber law service through the Internet by guiding the lawsuit procedures and by paying the cost for the lawsuit through the insured law card. CONSTITUTION: A card issuing unit(15) processes the applications for the insurance and the law card, and sends each application to each related agency, such as an insurance company and credit card company. An insurance processor(17) notifies an insurance payment note to the relevant agency and processes the inquiry of the insurance payment. An online law service managing unit(18) provides an online law consulting service to the user. A web browser controller(12) provides the lawyer designation and consultation to the user together with the online law service manager.
