PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of sinks on the surface of a molding by a method wherein a melt molding material is injected into a cavity and a compressed air is fed thereinto once the pressure in he cavity is reduced to improve the pressure feeding of the compressed air into a hollow of the molding material in the coagulation process. CONSTITUTION:While a pressure air is fed to a path 54 to lift a plunger 44, a melt molding material is forced into cavities 62a and 62b from a path 28 and while hollows 68a and 68b are left in the cavities, a pressure air is forced into a path 50 to lower the plunger 44. This stops the injection of the molding material and reduces the pressure in the cavities. After the plunger 44 reaches the lower position, at pressure air is forced into the path 30 so as to be fed into the hollows 68a and 68b of the cavities. Under such a condition, the molding material is solidified in the cavities. |
