PURPOSE:To calibrate time automatically without the intervention of an operator by calling a time-casting oscillation station through a public telephone circuit at set time, and calibrating the time of the timer device incorporated in an information processor. CONSTITUTION:When the incorporated timer device 3 indicates set time, the CPU2 of the information processor 1 calls the time-casting oscillation station from an automatic public telephone circuit calling device 6 and its acoustic signal is transmitted to a recognizing device 7. This device 7 confirms a sound from the time-casting station by the coincidence with a registered sound and supplies a corresponding code signal to the CPU2. Then, the stopping of the device 3 and its restart at correct time are controlled through the CPU2 to calibrate the time of the timer device incorporated in the information processor automatically. |
