PURPOSE:To attain to enhance energy conservation and water collecting capacity, by providing an evaporation body, a steam cooling pipe and a water receiving part in the solar energy storing space formed by covering a sea-water storage tank. CONSTITUTION:An evaporation body 6 for pumping up the sea-water in a storage tank 1 to evaporate the same, a steam cooling pipe 12 for replenishing low temp. sea-water from the outside by the siphon phenomenon generated when the liquid level in said tank 1 is fallen by the pumping-up of sea-water and a water receiving part 13 receives the dew condensation water on the surface of the cooling pipe 12 to supply the same to an external storage tank 15 are provided in the solar energy storing space 5 formed by covering the sea-water storage tank 1 with a cover 4. By this mechanism, sufficiently high water collecting capacity can be developed and remarkable energy conservation is also achieved.
