The present invention relates to the novel carbamidates of the general formula (I) <IMAGE> in which R represents optionally substituted alkyl or optionally substituted cycloalkyl and R<1> represents an optionally substituted radical from the series comprising alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, aryl and arylalkyl, and R<2> represents an optionally substituted radical from the series comprising alkoxy, alkenoxy, alkinoxy, aryloxy, arylalkoxy, alkylthio, alkenylthio, alkinylthio, arylthio or arylalkylthio, or an amino radical of the general formula (Ia) <IMAGE> in which R<3> and R<4> can be identical or different and represent hydrogen or optionally substituted alkyl, alkenyl, alkinyl, aryl or arylalkyl, or in which R<3> and R<4> together with the nitrogen atom to which they are bonded form an optionally substituted heterocycle, optionally via a further heteroatom, and where always either R<1> represents an optionally substituted alkinyl radical or R<2> represents an optionally substituted alkinyloxy radical, which can be used as synergists in pesticides.r
