<p>A spinning aggregate for chemical filaments includes a vessel for the spinning bath, a nozzle, and a pair of cylinders around which the filaments run. The lower cylinder is partly immersed in the bath, and between it and the nozzle, a permeable partition divides the vessel into a spinning zone and a post reduction sone for the thread. The spinning liquor fed in through a manifold between the cylinder and the vessel wall, is filtered by the partition as it flows towards a second manifold in the spinning zone where it is drawn off. An uncomplicated layout it is easily serviced and enables chemical filaments to be produced continuously. The amt. of spinning liquor used per nozzle is reduced from 100 l to 60 l/hr.</p> |
