PURPOSE:To facilitate correcting a deviation by providing a fixed resistor, which corrects the variance of a resistance of a temperature detecting element, to suppress the variance of control temperature. CONSTITUTION:An electric jar rice cooker has a power supply plug 20 inserted to a power source, and power is supplied to a lower heater 22 through a temperature fuse 21 and a thermo-switch 23 to heat and cook rice. When the thermo-switch 23 is opened, power is supplied to a side heater 25 of the body of the rice cooker through a power control means 26, and thus, rice is kept warm. The temperature is detected by a temperature detecting element 27, and a voltage comparator 30 is turned on and off to drive a transistor 31, and the power control means 26 is ignited to perform the temperature control operation. In this case, a fixed resistor 28 can be inserted to and removed from the temperature detecting element 27. Thus, this element 27 and the resistor 28 are connected by connector terminals, and jumper wires provided in the connector are exchanged to short-circuit said resistor 28. |
