PURPOSE:To provide the foot warmer desk which can be used through-out the year irrespective of seasons, which provides a space large enough to allow an user to put his legs thereinto, which can be moved very easily and which can be used for various purposes by a method wherein the foot warmer desk is provided with a top plate, legs for supporting the former and a planar heat generating body on the lower surface of the top plate. CONSTITUTION:The foot warmer desk 5 is formed of the top plate 6 and the four legs 7. The top plate 6 is provided thereon with the planar heat generating body 9 which is attached with a heat insulating sheet 10 laid over the upper side of the heat generating body 9 so as to prevent the discharge of heat toward the upper surface of the body 9. Further, a back plate 12 is laid over the lower side of the heat generating body 9 so as to support the body 9. In addition, the outer periphery of the top plate 6 is lined with a frame 13 having a finished end surface. The four corners of the top plate 6 are provided with connecting sections 15, respectively, within which male screws attached to the top ends of the legs 7 supporting the top plate 6 above the floor surface and female screws engaging the male screws are housed. In use, a coverlet 16 for the prevention of heat dissipation outside the foot warmer is used to cover the top plate 6 and the legs 7 along a mounting line 19 spread over the surface of the top plate 6. |
