PURPOSE:To provide environmental resistance by providing a projection on a collar for covering a hotel, to which a brush holder is inserted, or a cylindrical protrusion opposed to the collar, providing a slot which coincides with the projection, and interposing an elastic sheet between the projection and the slot. CONSTITUTION:A current collector is disposed concentrically with a current collecting ring 1, axially projected via a bracket 2, a cylindrical protrusion 5 having a hole 4, to which a brush holder 3 is inserted, is provided, and a collar 6a for covering the hole is provided oppositely to the cylindrical protrusion 5b near the hole 4 on the outer periphery of the holder 3. A projection 8 is formed on the protrusion 5b, and a slot 9 which coindides with the projection 8 is formed on the collar 6a. An elastic sheet 10 is interposed between the projection 8 and the slot 9. A hook 11 is provided on part of the sheet 10, a notched slot 12 is formed on the collar 6a, and the slot 12 and a hook 11 are engaged fixedly. In this manner, the air gap is eliminated, saline or the like is prevented from being invaded from the hole 4, thereby improving the environmental resistance of the current collector. |
