PURPOSE:To simplify the assembly of a damper unit by pressing other end of a rotating body having a gear on one end is provided while a viscous material is filled in a cylindrical case with a bottom. CONSTITUTION:In the damper unit 26 used for the soft ejection mechanism of cassette tape recorder or the like, the rotating body 29 where a damping gear 27 is formed to the tip and a damping section 30 is formed to the base is assembled in the cylindrical case 31 with the bottom. After a viscous material such as grease is filled uniformly in the case 31 for a prescribed amount, the damping section 30 of the rotating body 29 is pressed by using a rotary pressing device or the like into the case 31 until the viscous body overflows from the case 31. |
