PURPOSE:To aim at reducing pressure loss at suction ports and discharge ports, by providing such multiple stationary ring members that a suction port and a discharge port which are formed in an outer stationary ring member, are made larger than those formed in an inner stationary ring member. CONSTITUTION:Denoting both ends of an outer movable ring member 1b as X1 and X2 and both ends of an inner movable ring member 1a as Y1 and Y2, the distance between X1 and X2 is made longer than that between Y1 and Y2. Further, by denoting both ends of an outer stationary ring member 2c as R1 and R2 and both ends of an intermediate stationary ring member 2b as S1 and S2, the distance between R1 and R2 is made equal to the distance between X1 and X2, and the distance between S1 and S2 equal to the distance between Y1 and Y2 with the distance between R1 and R2 being larger than the distance between S1 and S2. With this arrangement, a suction port 22-1 and a discharge port 23-1 may be made larger than a suction port 22-2 and a discharge port 23-1, and therefore, pressure loss at the suction ports and the discharge ports may be made small. |
