摘要 PURPOSE:To provide a stable flow rate of supplying liquid and make a stable operation of evapolator by a method wherein a trip in any supplying liquid pump is sensed, an operation signal for a flow rate adjusting valve is made to be a value just before the trip in synchronization with the signal and thereafter the value of operation signal is held and after recovery, an operation signal for the flow rate adjusting valve is recovered to perform a control operation in response to the liquid level in the evaporator. CONSTITUTION:A device 101 for discriminating a trip of a supplying liquid pump and an energization completion of a preliminary supplying liquid pump delivers an output to be applied as a driving signal for a relay 102, a mode change-over signal of an analog memory 103 and a mode change-over signal for supplying liquid flow rate adjusting meter 13. The discriminating device 101 detects and discriminates a trip of any supplying pumps due to a decrease in output of a supplying liquid pump header pressure sensor 100, a relay 102 is changed over to an analogue memory 103 and at the same time the analog memory 103 is kept in a hold mode and a degree of opening of an adjusting valve 14 is fixed at a value before the trip. Further, the discriminating device 101 judges that an energization of the preliminary supplying liquid pump is completed due to a recovery of output.
