A device for manufacturing rolled, conical sweet hollow waffles, a preferably circular sheet of waffles baked in a baking oven being fed to a conical winding accessory which rolls the waffle sheet into shape, is characterised in that a waffle sheet folding station (2) is provided on the transport path between the baking oven (1) and the winding accessory (3), that the folding station (2) consists of a folding table (5) and a holding down device (8) which holds the waffle sheet (3) on the folding table (5) during folding, and that the folding table (5) is provided with one or two folding flaps (6, 7) and the holding down device (8) is provided with folding edges (9, 10) corresponding to the number of folding flaps (6, 7). <IMAGE>
