PURPOSE:To reduce the hardware quantity by providing the line drivers plus line readers with every line wiring as well as the row drivers plus row readers with every row wiring each and then driving these units successively and independently. CONSTITUTION:Line drivers 21DO-21DM plus line readers 21RO-21RM are provided at line wirings 12O-12M; while row drivers 22DO-22DN plus row readers 22RO-22RN are provided at row wirings 13O-13N respectively. Then the line drivers 21DO-21DM are driven successively with the row side kept as it is, and the reading is carried out by pairs of readers 21RO-21RM each. Thus the row information is obtained. The same procedure is applied to obtain the line information as well. In such scanning system, no hardware is newly required to realize a small scale and a low cost for the system. |
