PURPOSE:To simplify the processing of office work after copying an original by adding marks showing the distribution departments, sorting, etc. when the original is copied. CONSTITUTION:The information on an original read at a reading part 1 is converted into binary electric signals and stored temporarily in an auxiliary storage part 7 via an I/O port 4 and then to a main memory 6. A console 3 confirms weather the information is delivered to all departments. Then the coordinates are set for a mark of all distribution departments, and the coordinates corresponding to the distribution department are read onto the memory 6 out of a stable stored in the part 7. Then the distribution department mark of a prescribed size is written on the memory 6 with the coordinate position defined as a start point and an printing is performed. |
