PURPOSE:To improve the reliability and workability by forming an oblique part on the end face of a coil winding jig, and winding the coil while forming an oblique surface along the end face of the jig. CONSTITUTION:Oblique parts are respectively formed on the end faces 27a, 28a of walls 27, 28 of coil winding jigs 25, 26. When a wire is wound on a coil winding core, the end face of a winding unit 24 is formed in shape along the end faces 27a, 28a of walls 27, 28 of the jigs 25, 26, and a coil 21 is manufactured. Then, the coil 21 is lifted, and removed from the jigs 25, 26. In this case, the end face of the unit 24 and the end faces 27a, 28a do not vibrate, and the wire might not be damaged or cut. |
