PURPOSE:To save the power consumption along with a higher speed by fixing a plurality of cores being arranged at an interval so that the joint area of a core fitting section with a core holding surface can be made larger than the sectional area of a core columnal protrusion. CONSTITUTION:A plunger 31 of an armature 23 is attracted to cores 25 with a permanent magnet 22 and the magnetic flux is cancelled with the excitation of an electromagnetic coil 27 so that the armature 23 turns with a spring 34 on the fulcrum 33 to perform a printing with a needle 32. Then, the cores 25 are arranged at a space S while the joint area of a fitting section 26 with a core holding surface 24 is made large and the length H thereof short. This can eliminate the leakage of magnetic flux between the cores 25 and prevent the leakage of magnetic flux with a shorter route from the permanent magnet 22 to the armature 23. It also checks increase in the power consumption due to magnetic interference achieving a higher printing speed.
