PURPOSE:To decide whether a redundant function is used or not by using a deciding circuit consisting of (m) pieces of deciding switching elements and a stand-by fuse to obtain an entire switching voltage (m) times of threshold voltage or (m) times of forward dielectric strength. CONSTITUTION:A deciding circuit consisting of (m) pieces of deciding switching elements which have each threshold voltage VTH or forward dielectric strength VF, and are connected so that the entire switching voltage obtains an mVTH or an mVF, and a stand-by fuse connected to this switching element is connected between an input terminal impressed with an input signal to a memory element and a ground terminal. When the input voltage value VIN of the input signal exceeds the switching voltage mVTH, whether a redundant function is used or not can be decided easily even after a memory cell array provided with the redundant function is stored in a package by measuring a current conducting the deciding circuit. |
