PURPOSE:To attain correct analysis of an output by turning on an auxiliary switch to a capacitor to be connected expectantly next time, and connecting the capacitor by switching to an operational amplifier. CONSTITUTION:When a capacitor 11 is connected to the operational amplifier 21 which is connected to a capacitor 12 with a switch 22 of an integrator 13 turned on, an auxiliary switch 91 to the capacitor 11 connected newly is turned on. Thus, the capacitor 11 is charged in response to a potential difference between an output of the amplifier 21 and a common potential point, a switch 21 is turned on in this state and an inverting input of the amplifier 21 forms virtually a common potential point even if the switch 91 is turned off. Thus, at the moment the capacitor is connected to the amplifier 21, the capacitor 11 is not discharged, the input side of the amplifier 21 is unchanged and then, the output of the amplifier 21 is unchanged. |
