The ski boot binding, especially for long-distance skis, enables the ski boot heel to lift up, and consists of a holder for the ski boot toe, and two pieces joined by a crosswise axle (3) to the ski (2). One of the two pieces (1) is in the form of a support connected to the holder; the second piece (4) is in the form of a base plate fixed to the ski. The support and/or the base plate (4) are flexible, at least partly, and of plastics. The support (1) is pre-stressed by a spring towards the upper surface of the ski.
