PURPOSE:To obtain the titled body having an improved anti-environment property by composing a photoconductive layer of a laminate comprising an n-type amorphous silicon contg. a hydrogen atom, and a p-type or n-type amorphous silicon contg. at least one kind of an element selected from a carbon, a nitrogen and an oxygen atoms, and the hydrogen atom. CONSTITUTION:A whole or part of the photoconductive layer 102 is composed of the laminate comprising the n-type amorphous silicon and the p-type or the n-type amorphous silicon contg. at least one kind of the element selected from the carbon, the nitrogen and the oxygen atoms. The n-type amorphous silicon used to the photoconductive layer 102 is produced by doping said silicon with an element belonging to the group V elements of the periodic table such as P, As, Sb and Bi, etc. Thus, considering characteristics of the titled body, the n-type amorphous silicon is preferable. Thus, the titled body having the improved anti-environment property is obtd. |
