In order to produce and to install a holder for the attachment of a plug to an aircraft structure, said holder having a wall on the structure side and a wall on the plug side, at a considerably lower cost, the holder is produced from plastic using an injection-moulding or hot-pressing method. In this case the wall (2) on the plug side has at least two guide pins (3), provided with a point, close to the edge of the opening (6), and at least two hooks (9, 10) are arranged on the holder in such a manner that said hooks securely fix the plug on its flange in the installed state, clamping surfaces (19, 20) which are arranged obliquely on the free ends of the hooks (9, 10) resulting in the plug being seated without axial play. In order to avoid the cost for the preparation and insertion of the corresponding connecting elements, the wall (1) on the structure side may have plastic blind rivets. <IMAGE>
