PURPOSE:To improve durability by providing thick section in the center of diaphragm then pressure inserting a boss in the center of back plate to a thick guide at the central hole section thereby requiring only one back plate and reducing compression stress when fixing a rod. CONSTITUTION:When pressure taken through a negative pressure take-in port 27 is lower than pressing force of spring, the thick section 23a of diaphragm 23 is pressed against the case through the spring 26. As the negative side pressure lowers to overcome the spring 26, the diaphragm 23 is pulled to the negative pressure side. Using the fact that the pulling force is applied only on the negative pressure side during operation, only one rear metal is requird to avoid concentration of stress thus to improve durability and to reduce rod fixing man power. |
