PURPOSE:To obtain a stable output by inserting an elastic body harder than the material of an O ring one of a cylindrical vessel and a pot-shaped soft magnetic member between the bottom of the pot-shaped soft magnetic member and the bottom section of the cylindrical vessel. CONSTITUTION:The cylindrical end of a cylindrical vessel 11 is so formed in tapered manner as be thinner toward the tip thereof so that the tip thereof contact the top of a lid member 5 with the surface thereof when the cylindrical end is bent by cauking. An elastic member 12 is inserted between the bottom of a pot-shaped soft magnetic body 2 and the bottom section 11a of the cylindrical vessel 11 with the Young's modulus larger than those of the pot-shaped soft magnetic body 2 and the cylindrical vessel 11. The area of a part where the elastic body 12 contacts the bottom of the soft magnetic member 2 made less than the contact area of a part to be cauked. In the pressure sensor thus arranged, even if any spring back occurs during the cauking, it can be absorbed by the elastic body 12. |
