DCs are made to flow through the motor and primary resistance r1 is outputted from a divider 19. r1 Is subtracted from the signal of r1+r2 arithmetically operated as mentioned above by a subtracter 20 and secondary resistance r2 is arithmetically operated, and the secondary resistance is inputted to a slip-frequency computing element 13.
