The object of the invention concerns a stretcher device with a trolley for the transport of suitcases and loads. It is constituted by the combination of a stretcher 1 called "flexible band" type and of a rigid trolley 18 forming a reinforcement and equipped with rolling members 20, 21 as well as immobilising members. It is intended to be suitable for suitcases of all dimensions with rigid walls or otherwise, with or without cover by securely hooping by means of flexible bands connected to the trolley forming the reinforcement and stretcher support. <IMAGE>
