PURPOSE:To decrease the hysteresis of an electric resistance which a moisture sensitive sheet exhibits with a change in humidity by forming a space around the moisture sensitive element, and communicating the same with an ambient atmosphere through the micro-gaps in the fiber part of the sheet itself. CONSTITUTION:A conductive adhesive agent 5 conducts electrically and adheres simultaneously one end of a moisture sensitive sheet 1 and an electrode 3 and adheres further the electrode 3 to a substrate 4. The sheet 1 is adhered to the electrode 3 in, for example, an atmosphere of 10% RH humidity and if such sheet 1 is exposed to an atmosphere of, for example, 30% RH humidity, the sheet 1 deforms and a space 6 is formed. When a cover 2 is put on the substrate 4, the open part of the space 6 is closed and the space 6 is consequently closed. The space 6 formed between the sheet 1 is thus communicated with the ambient atmosphere through the micro-gaps formed in the fiber part of the sheet itself. |
