PURPOSE:To judge the degree of the deterioration of an X-ray tube automatically by warning when tube voltage and tube current pulses, generated due to deterioration of the X-ray tube and higher than a preset voltage level, becomes over a preset value within a given period of time. CONSTITUTION:A tube-voltage-controlling-signal detecting part 31, after detecting a tube-voltage controlling signal sent from an error amplifying part 13 composed of a differentiating circuit, differentiates the detected signal to produce tube voltage pulses, and delivers tube voltage pulses higher than a preset voltage level. A tube-current-controlling-signal detecting part 32, after detecting a tube- current controlling signal sent from an error amplifying part 17 composed of a differentiating circuit, differentiates the detected signal to produce tube current pulses, and delivers tube current pulses higher than a preset voltage level. A preset counter 33 counts the numbers of the tube voltage pulses the tube current pulses, and delivers an alarm signal before lighting an alarm lamp 34 thereby giving waring of the deterioration of an X-ray tube when the counted values become over a preset value within a given period of time. |
