PURPOSE:To form a construction material which is light and rich in its fire- resistivity at a low cost, by a method wherein after mixing of resin material, such as polyvinyl chloride resin, powdered cement, a solvent and a foaming agent with powdered wood or powdered ligneous system, they are heated and foamed. CONSTITUTION:Foaming and molding are carried out under terms at about 160 deg.C for 15-30min after molding by adding mixing water to mixture to be obtained by mixing 20-40 polyvinyl chloride resin 2, 30 solvent such as toluene or alma oil, 5-10 foaming agent such as azobisisobutyronitride and a necessary quantity of cement with 100 skeleton material 1 made of powdered wood or powdered ligneous system. As for the above-mentioned solvent methyl alcohol, acetone, benzene and trichloroethylene are applicable. The circumference of the skeleton material 1 is lapped with a compound connecting material 2 reliably and the skeleton material 1 is prevented from exposing and touching directly to the atmosphere or the surface of a space 3 of foam. |
