PURPOSE:To obtain a synthetic resin made cylindrical roller with high accuracy, by a method wherein a primary article comprising of a bearing part of a special construction, an outside peripheral part, a connecting part and circumferential ribs, is integrally molded from a synthetic resin, and a filling member is charged into spaces provided in the range from the bearing part to the outside peripheral part. CONSTITUTION:The primary article 11 comprising the bearing part 12 defining an inside peripheral surface 12a of a shaft hole, a thin-walled outside peripheral part 13 concentrical with the bearing part 12 and constituting an outside peripheral surface 13a, an annular connecting part 14 connecting the bearing part 12 and the outside peripheral part 13 to each other at one end and relatively thin-walled cylindrical circumferential ribs 15 extended from the connecting part 14 in the axial direction between the bearing part 12 and the outside peripheral part 13, is integrally injection molded from a synthetic resin. The filling member 21 is secondarily molded from a synthetic resin in the spaces provided between the bearing part 12 and the circumferential ribs 15 of the primary molded article and those provided between the outside peripheral part 13 and the circumferential ribs 15, that is, the spaces provided in the range from the bearing part 12 to the outside peripheral part 13, thereby obtaining the objective synthetic resin made cylindrical roller 20. |
