PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of an impact betweem moving elements, by engaging a roller in space between outer and inner rollers after accelerating the outer ring up to the same speed of rotation as in the inner ring, while stopping the load side as soon as the rolle is separated from these inner and outer rings. CONSTITUTION:While rotation of the angle beta from a stopping position attendant upon starting an adjustable speed cam 23, an inner ring 14 is accelerated up to the same speed of rotation as in an outer ring 17 by dint of energizing force of an accelerting cam part 13d and a driving spring 37. When rottion of the angle beta takes place, a roller 15 is engaged in space between the inner ring 14 and the outer ring 17. At just before one rotation takes place, the roller 15 separates from the engagement and the load side is decelerated to the extent that the speed of rotation comes to almost nil by dint of energizing force of a decelerating cam part 13e and the driving spring 37 by the time a projecting part 23b hits a tip part 25b of a stop lever 25, while inertia force at the load side is converted into the accelerating energy of the driving spring 37 being ready for the next rotation. |
