PURPOSE:To discharge also a wash water wherein a reagent is mixed and increase a pouring accuracy by pouring the reagent after elevating the plunger of a reagent pouring syringe above a height at which the reagent of a prescribed quantity is discharged. CONSTITUTION:A reagent distributing nozzle 3 for suctioning and discharging a reagent 2a is connected to a reagent distributing syringe 5 at the top of the nozzle 3 and the syringe 5 is provided with a plunger 5b reciprocating in a cylinder 5a. In distribution, after moved to a washing tank 9, the nozzle 3 washes the inner and outer walls of the tank 9 by wash water 14, suctions the air 13 and the reagent 2a of a prescribed quantity from a reagent container 1 and then discharges the reagent 2a into a reaction container 11. When the reagent 2a is discharged, the plunger 5b is elevated by a prescribed length above the height at which the reagent 2a of a prescribed quantity is discharged and a reagent mixing wash water 14a on the air 13 is also discharged other than the reagent 2a. Thus, the reagent of a constant quantity can be accurately distributed, increasing a distributing accuracy. |
