The invention relates to a new process for preparing the products of formula I: <IMAGE> in which X at position 5, 6, 7 or 8 is hydrogen, halogen, alkyl, alkoxy, CF3, CF3S or CF3O, R1 is hydrogen or alkyl and R2 is a heterocyclic or phenyl radical. The invention also relates to new products of formula I for which X is Cl or F, R1 hydrogen and R2 thiazolyl, as well as their addition salts with acids and bases, to their use as medicaments and to compositions containing them. The new compounds are endowed with analgesic activity and with anti-inflammatory activity.
