PURPOSE:To improve the performance of locking by connecting a brake plate to a connecting groove formed to a wheel shaft by operating a locking pedal and holding the position of the pedal by a cam section in the double-wheel caster with the stopper for an OA apparatus. CONSTITUTION:When the stepping section 14c of the locking pedal 14 is kicked up, the pedal 14 and the brake plate 13 are slid horizontally in the direction of the arrow A along a long hole 6 through the shaft 17 against the elasticity of a spring S, a connection to the wheel connecting groove 18a is released, and a contact with a cam contact section 5 is changed over to the cam section 14b from a cam section 14a and held at the position of a release. When the pedal 14 is lowered, conversely, the pawl 13 of the brake plate 13 is connected to the connecting groove 18a of the wheel 18 and locked. Accordingly, the performance of locking can be improved. |
