A container closure for carbonic acid-containing beverages has a tamper-proof tear-off part and is made of a random propylene-ethylene copolymer in which the C3H6 and C2H4 monomers are polymerised in randomly varying sequence. The tear-off part is preferably a curved tear-off tape which is connected to the other part of the closure via a weakened membrane with a thickness in the range from 0.025 mm to 0.1 mm. |
