PURPOSE:To improve the conductivity of a junction layer and to eliminate the static capacitance effect, by providing a metallic layer at both ends of a piezoelectric element and providing a solder layer soldering the adjacent metallic layers. CONSTITUTION:The metallic layers 51a, 51b are provided respectively at both end faces of a flat piezoelectric layer 51 made of a piezoelectric ceramic. The laminated piezoelectric element 5 is constituted by laminating piezoelectric element layers 52, 53, 54 providing the metallic layers 52a, 52b-54a, 54b on both end faces to the piezoelectric element layer 51. In constituting the piezoelectric element 5, soldered layers 61, 62, 63 are provided respectively between the metallic layers 51b, 52a of the piezoelectric element layers 51, 52, 53, between the metallic layers 52b, 53a, and between the metallic layers 53b, 54a. Further, the piezoelectric elements 51-54 are fixed with the soldered layers 61, 62, 63, the respective soldered layers 61, 62, 63 are taken as the adhering layer, the electric conductivity of the adhering layers is improved, allowing to eliminate the static capacitance effect. |
