PURPOSE:To enable rapid manufacture of seals, by irradiating light through a pattern corresponding to the seal pattern on a photocurable synthetic resin to form a mask, sticking it to a seal material, and sand blasting it. CONSTITUTION:A block copy 2 having a pattern 1 similar to the seal pattern is made, and a negative film 4 is prepared by photographing it with a camera 3. A mask 7 made of a synthetic resin is obtained by irradiating a liquid photocurable synthetic resin with light through this film 4. A desired seal pattern 14 is engraved by sticking this mask 7 to the seal material 9 to be worked and sand blasting the material 9 from a nozzle 13. |
