PURPOSE:To make the manufacture of an interphase insulator easy by moving a pair of insulating sheets in parallel with a specified distance being provided, moving two rods in the direction perpendicular to said insulating sheets at the same time, and by connecting said rods and insulating sheets. CONSTITUTION:A pair of electric insulating tapes a and a are intermittently moved by a sending roller H and a pulling roller I. Electric-insulating-tape-connecting rods b and b which are coiled in reels K1 and K2 pass through heaters m and m, are pushed forward by a roller J, pass through guide tubes Z1 and Z2, and pass through guide holes C1 and C2 of a support C. Then, the rods pass through a guide groove O1 of one flat plane n1 of a pair of flat planes n1 and n2 of a rod support d, are guided by a groove q of a step portion r and a cover plate S, pass through a guide groove O2 of said flat plane n2, and are stopped by a stopper l. When the sending of the insulating tapes are stopped, the support d rises, and the rods are cut by an angle portion d1 and an edge e. Then, rods and tapes are connected by ultra-sonic welders f and f. After cutout portions g1 and g2 are formed by blades W1 and W2, the products are cut at a specified length by blades X1 and X2. |
