The invention relates to a spraying or sprinkling boom with an incorporated cleaning device comprising a pipe 1 for inlet of the fluid, on which pipe are disposed nozzles 4 of the type consisting of dish-shaped pellet-like elements which are held in place by means of collars 6, inside the pipe 1 a brush 12 held in place on a shaft 13 is disposed and driven in translation and rotation by a piston 14 held in place in a head body 15 placed opposite the inlet of the fluid, the rotation being generated by virtue of a helical groove in which a guide finger is fitted and the translation being generated by the pressure of the fluid passing from the pipe 1 to the chamber 19 through recesses made around the brush-carrying shaft 13, a pipe 20 connects the front of the chamber to the rear of the said chamber 19 so that, by difference of surface area between the front 23 and the rear 22 of the piston 14 the latter is pushed to the front of the chamber 19, its return being ensured by a three-way valve 25 interrupting the fluid feed of the rear portion 22 of the piston 14 which is taken to atmospheric pressure, during the return of the piston 14 a purge orifice 32 is cleared permitting the removal of the waste products. <IMAGE>
