Optoelectronic sensor for contactless measurement of the co-ordinates of three-dimensional workpieces

Instances of shading which interfere during optical scanning of the co-ordinates of three-dimensional workpieces, e.g. use of the triangulation method, are avoided using the optoelectronic sensor due to the fact that an illuminating beam and an imaging beam are offset in parallel by an expedient connection of optical deflecting elements and a mechanical gear, in order to scan the surface of the workpiece to be tested.
