PURPOSE:To improve the processing efficiency, by having an access after calculating the desired page number of a file when a setting request for owner record is given from an input device and performing new registration to the owner record shown by the head number. CONSTITUTION:When the data on a file is supplied, a generation control part 4 adds a hierarchy key number. Then a page control part 6 stores the record groups onto a basic file 9 and its space file. A number adoption control part 5 sets the desired data to a number adoption record 8 in a number adpotion file 7 in response to the generation processing. When the new record processing is needed, an access request is delivered from a terminal 12. Then an access control part 11 gives an access to the record 8 and retrieves a desired logical page to set the record to said page. |
