PURPOSE:To generate frictional heat and other heat under a pressure-reduced equilibrium state in the so-called ventilated condition, by reducing the air rate sucked from the outside of a hollow chamber, in comparison with the air rate discharged from the hollow chamber by a rotator. CONSTITUTION:The air sucked into a hollow chamber 2 from an open-air suction part 6 is forcibly sucked by a rotating rotator 4 provided in the hollow chamber 2, and is discharged from the chamber 2 through an inner air discharger part 5, after circulating through the chamber 2. At the same time, the difference in pressure inside and outside of the chamber 2 is kept in about a constant equilibrium state. With the equilibrium state being kept, the frictional action with the air is promoted by the rotator 4 continuously rotating to generate the frictional heat 3. The hollow chamber 2 is heated by the frictional heat, and the heating energy in the air discharged from the chamber 2 is heat- exchanged with the sucked air by a heat exchanging mechanism 7 consisting of the inner air discharger part 5 in which the open-air suction part 6 is unitarily incorporated.
